The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix is the only site in the Southwest receiving the Victoria™ birthing simulator, the latest in such technology. The college will demonstrate the life-bearing mannequin on Thursday, April 2, at 10 a.m. on campus. The demo will be done with obstetrics/gynecologist Maria Manriquez, MD, in the Center for Simulation and Innovation in the Health Sciences Education Building, 435 N. 5th St.

Special delivery at MassBay Framingham
MassBay Community College has a new Victoria Advanced Birthing and Neonatal simulator mannequin for its EMT and paramedics classes to teach about labor and delivery at the Framingham campus. The simulators are made by Gaumard Scientific.
