Nursing students at the University of Michigan-Flint will be working in a new simulation lab equipped with a Noelle patient simulator. The new center serves as a mock hospital and allows students to collaborate just like the medical staff in a real clinical setting. Nursing students can develop and master many essential skills necessary to deal with both routine and emergency birthing situations. This way, students become familiar with what to expect in an emergency situation and have the experience to respond to the emergency quickly and efficiently.
